Who we are

BPY Services ("we") is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, write to contact@bpy.services.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, e-mail, phone, company and message, which we use to answer you. What you type is saved as soon as a name and a valid e-mail are entered, even if you do not send the form, so that an interrupted request is not lost.
• Qualification questionnaire: information about your company and payment setup, which we use to assess your needs. Your answers are shared with payment providers only if you tick the box that allows it.
• Newsletter: your e-mail, after you confirm your subscription by e-mail.
• Where you came from: the page you arrived on, the campaign parameters in its address (such as utm_source) and the referring website, recorded with a form you fill in. They tell us which of our channels bring enquiries. Nothing is stored on your device for this.
• Your country, estimated from your IP address, to pre-fill forms.
• Abuse protection: the time of each automatic e-mail we send to an address, so that our forms cannot be used to send mail to strangers.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers we use to run the site and our business (hosting, e-mail, document storage, internal alerts), acting on our instructions. Payment providers only with your consent or as part of an engagement you asked for. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Automated assistance

We use tools, including an AI assistant, to organise follow-up and draft messages. A person approves every message that concerns a client or any commercial term.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact. Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then as long as the law requires. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Abuse-protection records: 30 days.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are anonymous and cookieless, measured on our own server; no third party receives them. See the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@bpy.services. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country.
